Industries like to have a measure of some sort in order to be able to compare this with that. The online advertising industry is no different. The most popular measure adopted for comparison between websites is their site traffic, or in simpler terms, the number of people that visit. Generally, the higher the traffic a website receives the better the advertising venue it is perceived to be. While traffic is an important factor it is not necessarily the most important in every case. Many listing websites know boosting traffic will likely bring them more business and therefore they specifically cover many countries, perhaps include chat forums, add lots of soundbite articles, etc. In the case of Central America property, while a specific website might attract a large amount of traffic overall, only a small percentage of it may be directed to the Central America section. In contrast, 100% of our traffic is directed at the Central America section! Since we do not believe traffic statistics to be a meaningful comparative method in relation to our style of listing, we prefer to explain about the factors that we do consider important, maintain a quality website and let our customers make up their own minds.
Can you guarantee me a sale if I advertise with you?
We wish we could. What we can guarantee however, is our efforts to market your property in a professional manner and to try and attract as many potential buyers to our website to view it.
Do you charge any hidden fees?
No. All our fees are upfront. You will always know about any charges we intend to make before you agree to pay them. We charge no commission on any sale
Will I be automatically recharged when my subscription ends?
We know your budget is important so we specifically make a point of not automatically recharging you once your subscription ends. We will contact you before your subscription expires and offer you the opportunity to renew should wish to do so.
I am having difficulty writing my advertisement. Can you help?
No problem. Just send us as much information in bullet-point form including the best photos you have and we will draft it for you

Sure. Just send us details and a few photos of your property and what you are trying to achieve and we will make some suggestions. Rest assured, we will suggest the most appropriate option in our opinion, not necessarily the most expensive!
Can you invoice me directly?
Yes. If you send us your advertising information and tell us what you would like to subscribe to, we will tally everything up and send you an invoice for payment detailing the individual charges.
Can I use the page address of my listing in other advertising that I am doing?
Yes you can. The page address of your listing will remain live for as long as your subscription is valid. For greater professional impact, you might want to consider having a dedicated website that exclusively lists your property. Our WebpagePlus+ option provides this possibility.
